Study the profound benefits of the stress reduction-based practices of restorative and yin yoga.
Half restorative yoga and half yin yoga, this weekend-long training will be a journey through practice sequences designed to balance the flow of energy through the meridians and chakras. Explore postures, breathwork, subtle body theory, prop technique, hands-on assists, myofascial work, languaging and sequencing. Discover yogic philosophy and Ayurveda in restorative yoga, and Traditional Chinese Medicine and Daoism in yin yoga. Leave ready not only to guide others in basic practice, but also to integrate this work into your active yoga classes, personal practice and body/energy work.
This course is open to everyone, and provides Yoga Alliance CECs.
Morgan Kulas RYT-500 has over 1,000 hours in training in yoga, Ayurveda, and philosophy. Her intention is to support others on their journey toward healing and happiness, through nourishing, grounded, and loving practice.
