Morgan Flahive-Foro

Morgan’s promenade with yoga began in 2005 at Chicago College of Performing Arts, where she was receiving her BFA in Acting and was continuing her life-long journey as a professional dancer and choreographer. Morgan began her yoga studies with Meera Sanghani, an Iyengar teacher from Chicago who introduced students to asana, yoga philosophy, and how the practice could enhance the craft of Acting. She was hooked. Morgan continued to study yoga in Chicago until 2010 when she relocated to Boulder, Colorado and her practice expanded. She has received over 500 hours of comprehensive training hours from Samadhi Center for Yoga and Meditation in Denver, CO. Yoga has deeply enhanced all aspects of Morgan’s life. She aspires to share the practice with others through skillful sequencing, anatomical insight, focused pranayama, and principles derived from Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. Morgan is the Assistant Managing Artistic Director at Vail Valley Academy of Dance. When she isn’t teaching, performing, or choreographing you may find Morgan reading books on yoga, playing outside with friends, or cooking.
